A structured diagnostic of your plant: OEE, attainment, downtime, staffing, quality and cost, ending in a prioritized roadmap.
Continuous-improvement programs, Lean and Six Sigma, CI task forces and daily management: tiered meetings, KPIs, standard work.
Planning and scheduling, OEE and line-attainment improvement, capacity and headcount models for manufacturing lines.
Procurement and vendor-management optimization, supplier negotiation support, inventory and supply planning.
Standing up and running the transformation office: governance, trackers, steering committees and value capture.
Coaching for plant and functional leaders, plus hands-on workshops for supervisors and operator teams.
When a key leadership seat is empty, we step in and run it, from VP of Operations, VP of Transformation and VP of Procurement or Supply Chain to plant manager and operations director, for as long as the search takes. We keep the site performing and help hire the right successor by defining the role, assessing candidates and joining final interviews. Before handover we make sure the business has a complete goal framework, from vision and mission to strategy and the metrics that track it.
We assess where AI agents pay back fastest and lead the rollout on top of your existing ERP, TMS and WMS: invoice-to-PO matching, freight-bill audits, shipment and demurrage alerts, stockout and overstock monitoring, MOQ optimization and supplier contract compliance. Agents draft actions; your team approves them.
Import entries and customs clearance, filed through our licensed customs broker partner, Inter-World Customs Brokers. We connect it to your supply chain work: HTS classification, duty and tariff review, landed-cost planning and keeping shipments moving at the border.
Every engagement is quoted in a written proposal before work begins.
These policies apply unless your signed statement of work says otherwise. If it does, the SOW governs.
We invoice in US dollars. Invoices are due within 30 days unless the SOW states other terms. Projects may require a deposit before work starts.
Accepted methods: ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, and credit or debit card through our secure online invoice page. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.
Because we sell services, refunds relate to work not yet performed. If an engagement ends early, we refund any prepaid amount for work not delivered, less costs already committed (for example, non-refundable travel).
Deposits are credited against the project. A deposit is refundable if we cancel, or if you cancel before work begins. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of agreement.
If you have a question about an invoice or a charge, contact us first using the details below. We respond within 2 business days and work to resolve billing issues directly before any chargeback or dispute is filed with your bank.
Workshops and on-site visits can be rescheduled at no charge with at least 10 business days' notice. Later cancellations may be charged for reserved time and non-refundable travel.
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Project engagements end as set out in the SOW; you pay for work completed to the termination date.
All work is governed by the signed proposal or statement of work, which sets scope, deliverables, confidentiality and fees. We do not run promotions. Client information is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties.
New projects, invoices or billing questions. We reply within 2 business days.
